Q: How do you ensure the safety of my pets?

A: At Poop Patrol, the safety of your pets is the most important aspect of our job. Shoe coverings are worn and changed between each yard to prevent cross contamination and spread of disease. All equipment is sprayed down with a disinfectant. Upon completion of the job, we will close all gates and sent a photo of the gate closed, ensuring safety for all pets and ease-of-mind for you.

Q: Do you provide service year-round?

A: Yes. The weather doesn't stop our animals from pooping, and the weather doesn't stop us from cleaning it up. We strive to keep your yard clean and fresh all year long.

Q: Does the dog(s) have to be inside the home when scooping the yard?

A: No, as long as the dog isn't aggressive. We just ask that if your dog is aggressive to please have them inside while we clean.

Q: Do I need to be home?

A: For yard cleanups, no. You do not have to be home. We just need access to the area you want cleaned. If we are providing cat litter box cleaning, then yes you would need to be home. Special accommodations can be made upon request.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract for Subscription services?

A: No contracts. You can stop or start anytime.

Q: Do you provide specific arrival times?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide specific arrival times for our cleanups. We do our best to send a text to notify you when we are on our way.

Q: Can I request a specific cleanup day?

A: Yes, you can request a specific day that works best for you. If our schedule permits, we will accommodate you with that. If we aren't able to visit on that specific day, we will work our hardest to get to you the day before or the day after.

Q: How do you dispose of the poop?

A: Proper disposal of animal waste is essential to environmental safety, as it is considered hazardous material. We will double bag the poop and take it with us!

Q: What are your payment options?

A: We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal & Cashapp
